Mike is the volunteer webmaster for KH6LC.com, resides in Scappoose, OR, and has been continuously licensed since his novice days as WN6HKP in 1974. He has also held the callsigns of WA6HKP, KW6C, and WA7MR.

Mike has known Lloyd since his WB6TRR days in Santa Cruz, CA, and it was Lloyd himself, who dogged Mike to get his code speed up for his Extra, some 28 odd years ago

Mike is the current secretary for the Columbia Amateur Radio Association, (CARA, N7EI), and a member of the Willamette Valley DX Club. He is also a past member of the Northern California Contest Club, and the Northern California DX Club.

He is active on either CW or Phone during most major contest weekends, and often opens his station doors for contest mentoring for local CARA ham club members under their N7EI callsign.
